Victoria, Tam (26-Febrero-2024).-<\/strong> Por mayor\u00eda, diputados locales, aprobaron este lunes dos iniciativas presentadas por el legislador Humberto Prieto Herrera, para incrementar las penalidades por corrupci\u00f3n de menores, y para dar una mejor calidad de vida a personas con Autismo.<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso Local Prieto Herrera, indic\u00f3, que este es un paso muy importante porque dichas iniciativas son para seguir fortaleciendo el tema de seguridad, proteger, y dar una mejor condici\u00f3n de vida y desarrollo a la poblaci\u00f3n infantil en el estado.<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que con la primera Iniciativa se proteger\u00e1 a los j\u00f3venes, y menores de edad para que no caigan en el reclutamiento de delitos o de corrupci\u00f3n de menores.\u00bbPero lo m\u00e1s importante, es que las penas se endurecer\u00e1n si es por parte de alg\u00fan tutor, de alg\u00fan conocido, o por parte de alg\u00fan familiar\u00bb, inform\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Y con la iniciativa n\u00famero dos que se aprob\u00f3 durante la sesi\u00f3n plenaria, es la Ley Integral para proteger a las personas con Autismo o con alg\u00fan problema de Neurodesarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta ley integral, las personas con Espectro Autista, o Trastornos del Neurodesarrollo, podr\u00e1n acceder plenamente a condiciones de vida dignas con salud, acceso incluyente a la educaci\u00f3n, entretenimiento, acceso a empleos dignos, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPersonas con Espectro de Autismo, podr\u00e1n acceder a mejores condiciones de vida y atenci\u00f3n dentro de la Ley de Grupos Vulnerables, reconociendo en Tamaulipas su condici\u00f3n por estos padecimientos\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Para concluir, el diputado Humberto Prieto, reafirm\u00f3 que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de dichas iniciativas, se da un paso adelante para seguir apoyando a estas personas, y proteger sus Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
