La Constituci\u00f3n del 17 contempla la salud y la educaci\u00f3n como un derecho, aunque no es una realidad todav\u00eda para todos los mexicanos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El Alcalde mencion\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento, ha apoyado con ambulancias y una aportaci\u00f3n mensual para que la Cruz Roja pueda financiar sus proyectos y de igual forma, la operatividad del centro de salud.<\/p>\n<p>En este evento, estuvieron presentes: Froyl\u00e1n Yescas Cedillo, C\u00f3nsul General de M\u00e9xico en McAllen, Texas, Jes\u00fas Alejandro Cano S\u00e1nchez, Vicec\u00f3nsul de M\u00e9xico en McAllen,
