Entusiastas y con mucha energ\u00eda, ciudadanos participaron de la semana Fitness que organiz\u00f3 el Sistema DIF Reynosa que preside Carlos Luis Pe\u00f1a Garza, como parte del Reto Alim\u00e9ntate Bien.<\/p>\n<p>En esta semana se cont\u00f3 con entrenadores que ofrecieron clases muestra, de diferentes disciplinas como: entrenamiento funcional, pilates, yoga, defensa personal, entre otros, todo completamente gratuito.<\/p>\n<p>A la par, los ciudadanos que se inscribieron, viven el reto Alim\u00e9ntate Bien, mejorando su alimentaci\u00f3n y cambiando a h\u00e1bitos saludables, trabajando en bajar de peso y medidas para tener peso ideal, mejorando digesti\u00f3n para la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Por instrucciones del Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, DIF
