El Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes particip\u00f3 de manera especial, presentando un programa art\u00edstico a cargo de los alumnos de los talleres de teatro y m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p>Las primeras en subir al escenario, ubicado en la plaza Miguel Hidalgo, fueron las hermanas Melanie y Montserrat Herrera Guerrero, quienes interpretaron una adaptaci\u00f3n en lectura dramatizada de \u00abEl hada de A\u00f1o Nuevo\u00bb, proveniente del taller de teatro IRCA Jarachina, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la maestra Diana Garza. Les sigui\u00f3 el cantante Luis Garc\u00eda, participante de \u00abLa Voz Kids 2012\u00bb, interpretando temas como \u00abColor esperanza\u00bb, que fue coreado por el p\u00fablico presente.
