{"id":88923,"date":"2023-12-15T21:17:42","date_gmt":"2023-12-16T03:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=88923"},"modified":"2023-12-15T21:17:42","modified_gmt":"2023-12-16T03:17:42","slug":"boyas-instaladas-por-la-sedena-frente-al-nuevo-cuartel-militar-provocan-multiples-accidentes-y-una-volcadura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=88923","title":{"rendered":"Boyas instaladas por la SEDENA frente al nuevo Cuartel Militar provocan m\u00faltiples accidentes y una volcadura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-88924 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Boyasx-I.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Boyasx-I.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Boyasx-I-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas (14 de diciembre de 2023).-<\/strong><\/em> La Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional instal\u00f3 ilegalmente y sin previa autorizaci\u00f3n decenas de boyas en el bulevar Luis Donaldo Colosio, frente al nuevo Cuartel Militar; las cuales en pocos d\u00edas causaron m\u00faltiples accidentes, el m\u00e1s reciente la madrugada del jueves al provocar una volcadura, resultando lesionada una mujer.<\/p>\n<p>Sin autorizaci\u00f3n de las autoridades correspondientes, y sin medir el riesgo para la ciudadan\u00eda, el personal de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional instal\u00f3 las boyas desde el inicio de una curva y la entrada a lo que ser\u00e1 el nuevo Cuartel Militar por el bulevar Colosio, adelante del Centro Cultural.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su arbitraria instalaci\u00f3n, las boyas que est\u00e1n en medio de los dos carriles de norte a sur del bulevar Colosio han provocado 8 accidentes; el m\u00e1s reciente fue la volcadura de una camioneta en la que viajaba una pareja.<\/p>\n<p>La madrugada del jueves, Daniel y su esposa Violeta salieron de trabajar y a bordo de una camioneta Nissan Rogue modelo 2008, se dirig\u00edan a su hogar, circulando de norte a sur por el bulevar Colosio.<\/p>\n<p>Al llegar a la altura del Centro Cultural, Daniel pas\u00f3 sobre las boyas instaladas por la SEDENA, perdiendo el control, volc\u00e1ndose y cayendo de un puente que pasa sobre un vado, quedando sobre las cuatro llantas. Su esposa Violeta result\u00f3 lesionada y fue llevada por param\u00e9dicos al Hospital del ISSSTE para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas boyas las pusieron soldados y han ocasionado 8 accidentes, porque adem\u00e1s no hay se\u00f1alamiento advirtiendo, ni son reflectantes; adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n en una curva, en un bulevar donde la velocidad es de 60 kil\u00f3metros por hora\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 un oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Dado que la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional no solicit\u00f3 permiso previo ni realiz\u00f3 un estudio vial para instalar las boyas, la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves fueron retiradas por personal municipal, ya que adem\u00e1s de incumplir con la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito de Tamaulipas, representaban un grave peligro para los
