J\u00f3venes y adultos tuvieran la oportunidad de desarrollar sus talentos art\u00edsticos, nace el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes el 9 de diciembre del 2008 favoreciendo la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y las expresiones de la diversidad cultural, para contribuir a consolidar la identidad de los reynosenses.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o se conmemoran los primeros 15 a\u00f1os, por lo que el Gobierno de Reynosa, que dirige el alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz y el IRCA est\u00e1n preparando un espect\u00e1culo multidisciplinario para celebrarlo el pr\u00f3ximo 6 de diciembre en Teatro Principal del Parque Cultural Reynosa.
