El Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes estuvo presente en el festejo conmemorativo del D\u00eda de Muertos que el Gobierno de Reynosa llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Pante\u00f3n Municipal Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n el 2 de noviembre, para unirse a las familias reynosenses que acudieron a visitar a sus fieles difuntos.<\/p>\n<p>En esta gran fiesta estuvo presente el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz quien acompa\u00f1ado por Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix, coordinadora de la Comisi\u00f3n de Cultura y Haydee \u00c1lvarez Ortu\u00f1o, directora del IRCA, que al igual que el p\u00fablico presente, apreciaron el talento del Ballet Folcl\u00f3rico Mitoteliztli del IRCA quienes presentaron Xantolo, un baile representativo del festejo prehisp\u00e1nico de la regi\u00f3n
