EL DIALOGO CON EL ALCALDE, SU VISION Y TRANSFORMACION…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

VARIOS CAMIONES PIPA PARTIERON ESTE DIA DE TAMAULIPAS, LAS INSTRUCIONES Y SUPERVISION ESTUVO A CARGO DEL GOBERNADOR DR. AMERICO VILLARREAL ANAYA, EL OBJETIVO ES LLEGAR HASTA EL ESTADO DE GUERRERO PARA ENTREGAR EL AGUA POTABLE EN LAS COMUNIDADES Y HOGARES donde a\u00fan no tienen el vital servicio, despu\u00e9s de haber impactado por el hurac\u00e1n \u201c Otis\u201d que destruyo miles de hogares, sigue el gobierno del Estado exhortando a la sociedad civil a colaborar, a solidarizarnos con la comunidad de Acapulco que vive momentos bastantes desagradables, todos unidos podemos hacer\u00a0 que ellos salgan adelante m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERADO POLITICAMENTE LA JOYA DE LA CORONA POLITICA EN TAMAULIPAS, REYNOSA EL MUNICIPIO MAS GRANDE POBLACIONALMENTE, PRIMER LUGAR EN EMPLEOS A NIVEL ESTATAL, LOGICAMENTE TIENE ASPIRANTES A LA SILLA PRESIDENCIAL, PRIMERO POR LOS PARTIDOS POLITICOS EXISTENTES, SEGUNDO POR los grupos internos de cada\u00a0\u00a0 instituto pol\u00edtico fuertes o con presencia pol\u00edtica en la ciudad.<\/p>\n

ACTUALMENTE SE DESEMPE\u00d1A CONSTITUCIONALMENTE COMO PRESIDENTE MUNICIPAL CARLOS VICTOR PE\u00d1A ORTIZ EN TRIENIO 2021-2024, PERO LA PREGUNTA A ESTAS ALTURA DE ESTAR EN PROCESO POLITICO PARA ELEGIR AL PROXIMO ALCALDE ES, QUE OPINA LOS REYNOSENSES EN EDAD DE VOTAR sobre el trabajo institucional, la m\u00e1s cercana respuesta son los resultados de la empresa RUBRUM que realizo una encuesta ciudadana esta semana, arrojo resultados, revelan el 52%, el 30% contesto que no, mientras el 19\u00bf7.4% est\u00e1 pensando por quien votar.<\/p>\n

AHORA CARLOS PE\u00d1A ORTIZ DURANTE LA CONFERENCIA MA\u00d1ANERA EL PASADO MIERCOLES, AFIRMO \u00a0ESTARA BUSCANDO LA REELECCION,\u00a0 EXISTEN PROYECTOS QUE REQUIEREN LA CONTINUIDAD DE SU GESTION, UN EJEMPLO LAS PRESAS PARA ALMACENAMIENTO DE AGUA en \u00e9pocas de lluvias, estar\u00e1 terminando en\u00a0 pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o la primera \u201cEl \u00e1guila\u201d, ubicada en sector poniente , la misma\u00a0 evitara se inunde aproximadamente 50,000 hogares durante la \u00e9poca de huracanes, hay temor e incertidumbre de estas familias cuando se anuncia la presencia de alg\u00fan fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n

PRECISAMENTE HACE UN PAR DE DIAS, NOS TOCO DIALOGAR DURANTE UNAS HORAS CON EL\u00a0 MAS JOVEN \u00b4PRESIDENTE MUNICIPAL DE\u00a0 TAMAULIPAS CARLOS PE\u00d1A ORTIZ, HABLABA DEL GRAN TRABAJO QUE SE REQUIERE DIARIAMENTE PARA ESTAR LUCHANDO EN RESOLVER las necesidades sociales y otros rubros, existieron muchos alcaldes que pr\u00e1cticamente no le invert\u00edan en algo que es bastante necesario para la ciudad, no es posible si los recursos o el presupuesto mensualmente les llego, sin embargo esta pr\u00e1ctica de hacer se\u00f1alamiento o estar viendo quien fue responsable no es su fuerte, ahora hay que ponerse a solucionar el problema.<\/p>\n

ACTUALMENTE ESTAMOS EN PROCESO PARA OBTENER EL PRESUPUESTO 2024, CON PROYECTOS TECNICOS SUSTENTADOS, APROBACION DEL MISMO PARA SER EJERCIDO EL PROXIMO A\u00d1O DE MANERA RESPONSABLE Y TRANSPARENTE, LAS GESTIONES DEL ALCALDE CARLOS PE\u00d1A NOS asegura son permanente, aprovechando las excelentes relaciones con el presidente de M\u00e9xico Andres Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador como con el gobernador del Estado Dr. Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya coordinado en las necesidades m\u00e1s indispensables.<\/p>\n

REALMENTE LA PROBLEM\u00c1TICA DEL DRENAJE SANITARIO EN PESIMAS CONDICIONES, LA FALTA DE BOMBA PARA LAS PLANTAS DE AGUA POTABLE, EL ROBO DEL VITAL LIQUIDO \u2013 SOLO PAGA UN 24% DE LOS USUARIOSEXISTENTE-, \u00a0HOY TIENEN 8 A\u00d1OS invirti\u00e9ndole los \u00faltimos gobiernos, para atr\u00e1s no lo hac\u00edan porque son obras enterradas donde no lucen, sin embargo era una necesidad, la antig\u00fcedad de la tuber\u00eda requer\u00eda ser remplazada, estaba en riesgo el\u00a0 proporcionar el servicio del vital l\u00edquido y evitar los colapsos del drenaje llamado \u201c ca\u00eddos\u201d, hoy anualmente se le siguen invirtiendo parte del presupuesto gubernamental.<\/p>\n

EXISTE UN PROYECTO TECNICO PRESENTADO PARA LA SEMAFORIZACION DE LA CIUDAD, ESTA INCLUIDO EN EL PAQUETE DE OBRAS DEL 2024, ESTAMOS CONSCIENTES DE LA NECESIDAD DEL MEJORAMIENTO DEL TRANSPORTE PUBLICO, EL GOBERNADOR DEL ESTADO DR. AMERICO VILLARREAL ANAYA creo un programa para que todos puedan cambiar las unidades por unas nuevas a cr\u00e9dito a su medida, el presidente municipal es sincero falta bastante responsabilidad en los concesionarios para hacerlo realidad, debemos tener la visi\u00f3n para crecer, \u00a0avanzar en el retroceso en el cual quedamos por\u00a0 falta de gobierno con responsabilidad en el ejercicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n

ANALIZA EL ALCALDE CARLOS PE\u00d1A LA NECESIDAD DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD EN NUESTRA CULTURA QUE EMPIEZA DESDE LA CASA, UN EJEMPLO SI EL HIJO OBSERVA AL PADRE GOLPEANDO A LAS MASCOTAS- PERROS Y GATOS- EL NI\u00d1O SIENDO ADOLESCENTE LO HARA, CAERA EN LOS CAMINOS equivocados que tiene la vida, pero sin embargo nosotros como gobierno estamos ofreciendo becas para ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes, queremos que se superen profesionalmente, tengan trabajos mejor pagados en futuro corto, otorgando la oportunidad, tomen los mejores caminos para sus familias, \u00a0\u00a0destinando m\u00e1s de 150 millones de pesos anuales para las becas, el programa que hace \u00a0historia en Educaci\u00f3n, en Obras Publicas igual se ha creado el programa m\u00e1s grande en Reynosa , volvemos a lo mismo estaban abandonadas muchas calles que se van rehabilitando algunas con carpeta asf\u00e1ltica, otras donde se inunda o detecta tr\u00e1fico pesado se aplica concreto hidr\u00e1ulico, son parte de las estrategias sustentadas, donde entra la ingenier\u00eda civil por el Arquitecto Eduardo L\u00f3pez Arias con un grupo de profesionistas con amor a Reynosa.<\/p>\n

LA VISION SOCIAL DE CARLOS PE\u00d1A ORTIZ ESTA SUSTENTADA EN LOGRAR UNA TRANSFORMACION DE LA SOCIEDAD, PERO NO SOLAMENTE SE TRABAJA EN RUBRO DE LO SOCIAL EN PAVIMENTO, EDUCACION, SALUD, SINO EN CAMBIAR LA MENTALIDAD DE LAS FAMILIAS, LUCHAR POR ESTAR SUPERANDOSE CONSTANTEMENTE, no es posible a estas alturas se retiren m\u00e1s de 200 l\u00e1mparas mercuriales en boulevard Colosio, con todo cableado y nadie sabe qui\u00e9n lo hizo, como sociedad estamos reprobados, debemos crear los mecanismos para terminar con estas situaciones que afectan\u00a0 solamente a la misma ciudad donde todos somos parte de ella, en pr\u00f3xima entrega detallaremos segunda parte de este dialogo.<\/p>\n

SALIERON MILES DE FAMILIAS, ESTUDIANTES Y MAESTROS A CAMINAR POR LAS AVENIDAS DE RIO BRAVO, LLEVANDO EN SUS MANOS ENCENDIDAS VELADORAS LA NOCHE DEL MIERCOLES 1 DE NOVIEMBRE, EL MENSAJE ERA CELEBRAR EL DIA DE LOS FIELES DIFUNTOS, LOS VESTUARIOS DE CATRINAS Y CATRINES era generalizado, el mismo alcalde Joel Eduardo Y\u00e1\u00f1ez Villegas y Sra. Violeta Torres de Y\u00e1\u00f1ez lo reflejaban en su rostro, el evento concluyo frente a la presidencia municipal donde hab\u00eda varios altares de muertos elaborados por las instituciones educativas, se reconoci\u00f3, evalu\u00f3 y premio a los primeros lugares.<\/p>\n

EL MENSAJE DEL PRESIDENTE LALO YA\u00d1EZ SEGUIR FOMENTANDO LAS TRADICIONES MEXICANAS, LA CULTURA, MUSICA, GASTRONOMIA, LO QUE NUESTROS ABUELOS Y PADRES NOS HAN LEGADO A TRAVES DEL PASO DEL TIEMPO, RECORDAR A NUESTROS SERES QUERIDOS, VENERARLOS CON ESTOS ALTARES son acciones que nos engrandecen y caracterizan como mexicanos, las instituciones educativas respondieron a la convocatoria del\u00a0 gobierno municipal, estuvo presente la presidenta del sistema DIF Lic. Malena Rodela de Villegas.<\/p>\n

MAS DE DOS MIL PERSONAS INVADIERON LAS CALLES PRINCIPALES DE MATAMOROS, PARTICIPANDO EN EL FESTIVAL DE LA HUESUDA 2023 IMPLEMENTADO POR EL ALCALDE MARIO A. LOPEZ, ORGANIZACIONES NO GUBERNAMENTALES COMO ESCUELAS FORMARON PARTE DE ESTE FESTIVAL MEXICANO, fue una tarde mexicana disfrutada por las y los matamorenses,\u00a0 carros aleg\u00f3ricos, bandas de m\u00fasica, alegraron la tarde donde se conmemoro a nuestros familiares que han partido al m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
