eventos culturales del XXI Festival Internacional de la Costa del Seno Mexicano, que se lleva a cabo en el Estado gracias a la iniciativa del Gobierno de Tamaulipas y el ITCA, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno de Reynosa y el IRCA se present\u00f3 el Taller de Cumbia Texana con m\u00fasica en vivo.<\/p>\n<p>Como autoridad estuvo presente Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix, coordinadora de la comisi\u00f3n de cultura y representante del Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, entregando un reconocimiento en su nombre a los participantes en este evento que tuvo lugar en la Plaza Ni\u00f1os
