Ortiz, presidi\u00f3 la LXXXVII Octog\u00e9sima S\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo en la que con el voto mayoritario de sus integrantes fueron creadas dos Secretar\u00edas: de Obras P\u00fablicas y de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente, por lo cual les fue tomada la protesta a sus titulares.<\/p>\n<p>El martes 3 de octubre el Arquitecto Eduardo L\u00f3pez Arias rindi\u00f3 protesta ante el cuerpo edilicio como Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, y la Arquitecta Nohem\u00ed Alem\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez protest\u00f3 como Secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>La divisi\u00f3n de la anterior dependencia que reun\u00eda a ambas en la SOPDUMA, se dio tras el estudio para determinar el beneficio de separarlas y que cada una atienda con mayor
