general Julio C\u00e9sar Islas S\u00e1nchez, comandante de la 48 Zona Militar; general Francisco Alvarado Ter\u00e1n, coordinador de la Guardia Nacional General; la diputada \u00darsula Patricia Salazar Mojica, presidenta de la Junta de Gobierno del Honorable Congreso del Estado;
