Gobierno de Reynosa, que preside el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, cuenta con el programa \u201cFormaci\u00f3n Integral Art\u00edstica Cultural\u00bb, FIAC, que se lleva a cabo en el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA, para difundir ense\u00f1anza en diferentes organismos municipales como lo son: Casa Hogar del Ni\u00f1o y Casa Hogar del Adulto Mayor, del DIF y el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Menores Fronterizos, CAMEF.<\/p>\n<p>Este programa incluye talleres gratuitos de teatro, danza, literatura, m\u00fasica y pintura con personal docente altamente calificado, que busca desarrollar los talentos de ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos con el fin de poner a su alcance el arte y la cultura, de esta manera ellos podr\u00e1n tener una visi\u00f3n distinta ante la
