Reynosa, y en su programa permanente de arte y cultura para todos fue inaugurado el Mural del artista Artemio Guerra: \u00abHomenaje al Capit\u00e1n Carlos Cant\u00fa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Directora del Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, Haydee Milagros \u00c1lvarez Ortu\u00f1o, recibi\u00f3 a la Doctora Maki Ortiz Dominguez, a la Regidora Coordinadora de la Comisi\u00f3n de Cultura en el Cabildo, entre otros miembros y dem\u00e1s invitados al evento que reuni\u00f3, tanto creadores, como admiradores.<\/p>\n<p>El Mural, que devel\u00f3 el artista, que tambi\u00e9ndescribi\u00f3 su tem\u00e1tica, es un homenaje a los fundadores de la ciudad y permanecer\u00e1 en el Museo Hist\u00f3rico de Reynosa, en la esquina de las calles Allende y Gonz\u00e1lez
