C, en conmemoraci\u00f3n a Don Carlos Cant\u00fa Rosas, quien fue ex presidente municipal y el m\u00e1s entusiasta del gremio, organizaron una exposici\u00f3n de 20 veh\u00edculos de anta\u00f1o dentro del marco conmemorativo del D\u00eda del Auto Antiguo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actividad fue celebrada por primera vez en Nuevo Laredo en el 2008 y estuvo a cargo de Cant\u00fa Rosas, quien en ese momento era director de la asociaci\u00f3n; durante la ceremonia, se proyect\u00f3 un video de ese evento en el que se apreci\u00f3 la pasi\u00f3n que ten\u00eda el antiguo l\u00edder por los motores.<\/p>\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal, acudi\u00f3 su esposo Oscar Mario Hinojosa Ram\u00edrez, quien reconoci\u00f3 los trabajos realizados por la asociaci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo el homenaje e impulsar aficiones sanas en Nuevo Laredo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste Gobierno Municipal impulsa programas y eventos con el objetivo de atraer la derrama econ\u00f3mica a nuestra frontera, y que ustedes junto con sus familias tengan eventos de calidad para su esparcimiento\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n enfatiz\u00f3 que en la administraci\u00f3n se trabaja de la mano con el gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya para hacer de la frontera una ciudad pr\u00f3spera y segura, para que las familias tengan una mejor calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda del auto antiguo se conmemora el segundo domingo de febrero y para celebrarlo se realiza un desfile o exposici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos, adem\u00e1s esta actividad fomenta
