Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, asisti\u00f3 como invitado del Comandante de la Octava Zona Militar, General de Brigada DEM, Roberto Claudio Del Rosal Ibarra, a la toma de protesta del nuevo mando del 19\u00b0 Regimiento de Caballer\u00eda Motorizado.<\/p>\n<p>El relevo se dio la ma\u00f1ana de este mi\u00e9rcoles 16 de noviembre en las instalaciones castrenses, donde tom\u00f3 protesta de bandera el Coronel Diplomado del Estado Mayor, Luis Eduardo Adell Mendoza, quien recibi\u00f3 el cargo de manos del General Del Rosal Ibarra.<\/p>\n<p>A nombre del Gobierno Municipal, el Alcalde extendi\u00f3 una felicitaci\u00f3n al nuevo encargado del Regimiento, parte de la Zona Militar con base en esta ciudad, en presencia de funcionarios estatales y miembros del Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano.<\/p>\n<p><img
