Cabildo de Reynosa, adem\u00e1s de la estudiante F\u00e1tima Alexandra Pe\u00f1a Alanis y alumnos del Bachillerato Militarizado, Alberto Carrera Torres.<\/p>\n<p>Representando a la Octava Zona Militar, asisti\u00f3 el Coronel de Caballer\u00eda D. E. M. Juan Antonio Maldonado Casta\u00f1eda, Comandante del 19o Regimiento de Caballer\u00eda Motorizado y participaron el Coronel Polic\u00eda Militar D. E. M.
