{"id":25281,"date":"2022-09-07T10:27:28","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T16:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=25281"},"modified":"2022-09-07T10:27:28","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T16:27:28","slug":"mujeres-participan-en-taller-sanando-juntas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=25281","title":{"rendered":"MUJERES PARTICIPAN EN TALLER \u201cSANANDO JUNTAS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-25286\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mujere.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mujere.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mujere-300x166.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mujere-768x424.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/>Nuevo Laredo, Tam (7-Septiembre-2022).-<\/strong><\/em> El Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (INMUJER) de Nuevo Laredo en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Municipal de la Juventud (IMJUVE), realiza con \u00e9xito el taller para mujeres \u201cSanando Juntas\u201d, un espacio donde las participantes por medio del arte pueden expresar sus emociones.<\/p>\n<p>Este taller busca que por medio de las artes pl\u00e1sticas y de las diferentes disciplinas art\u00edsticas se puedan utilizar estas herramientas con fines terap\u00e9uticos, lo que permite mejorar la salud mental y\/o bienestar emocional.<\/p>\n<p>La encargada de realizar esta sesi\u00f3n de arteterapia fue la licenciada Paloma Rodr\u00edguez, qui\u00e9n ha venido desarrollando este tipo de estrategias, mencion\u00f3 que el objetivo de este taller es proporcionar recursos pr\u00e1cticos, donde la mujer lograr\u00e1 potencializar su capacidad de resiliencia. Adem\u00e1s de conocerse m\u00e1s a fondo ella misma, sus talentos para reforzar su autoestima y transmitirlo hacia sus semejantes.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el utilizar la terapia del arte como intervenci\u00f3n social para abordar el trauma o evento significativo, favorece al ser un medio natural para acceder al mundo interior mediante la expresi\u00f3n creativa, reconectando con ellas mismas y fomenta su capacidad de toma de decisiones para resignificar el proceso traum\u00e1tico vivido.<\/p>\n<p>El taller se realiz\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n Palabra de Mujer del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer.
