Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, firm\u00f3 como testigo de honor un convenio de educaci\u00f3n que traspasa fronteras y une talentos para impulsar el desarrollo de la frontera Texas-Tamaulipas, con capacitaci\u00f3n a nuevos profesionales, l\u00edderes comprometidos con la sociedad, teniendo como protagonistas a dos prestigiosas universidades, South Texas College y el Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores, de Reynosa.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00abNecesitamos que ustedes se sigan educando por eso este tipo de convenios binacionales son muy importantes para nuestra comunidad, pero que se queden en Reynosa, que le apuesten porque es una ciudad de grandes oportunidades\u00bb, dijo el Presidente Municipal a los estudiantes y agradeci\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n y el esfuerzo de IIES y STC, para hacer una mejor regi\u00f3n desde una de sus bases primordiales, la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n<p>South Texas College, fue representada en esta ciudad por su Presidente, Ricardo Solis; por la Coordinadora de Desarrollo de Marca Global de South Texas College, Luisa Fernanda Rodr\u00edguez, y Danny Guzm\u00e1n, integrante de la Junta Directiva, en la firma del documento que la asocia con labores educativas al Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores, IIES, que fue representado por el Presidente del Consejo Directivo, Juan Rosendo Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez, y por el Rector, Miguel
