(30-Agosto-2022).-<\/strong><\/em> Para dar una mejor atenci\u00f3n a reportes ciudadanos, la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado (COMAPA) en conjunto con el CIGA (Centro Integral de Gesti\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n) pone a su disposici\u00f3n el 072 y 072.mx, plataformas dise\u00f1adas para la recepci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n de peticiones.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n y la plataforma web, el usuario ser\u00e1 atendido y sus reportes ser\u00e1n canalizados de manera correcta hacia el departamento correspondiente, de esta manera se garantiza la atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n del inconveniente.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandra Blanco, Jefa de Atenci\u00f3n a Usuarios, coment\u00f3 que el 8900 900 ya no estar\u00e1 disponible para reportes y ser\u00e1 solo para uso interno de COMAPA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPedimos a todos nuestros usuarios realizar sus reportes \u00fanicamente a trav\u00e9s de est\u00e1s dos plataformas, anteriormente lo hac\u00edan al 8900 900, pero ahora con el 072 ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que con este sistema, se lleva un registro organizado y de manera puntual se atienden los reportes en un plazo no mayor de 72 horas.<\/p>\n<p>COMAPA pone a su tambi\u00e9n a sus disposici\u00f3n aclaraciones, dudas y seguimiento a reportes a trav\u00e9s de Facebook en su p\u00e1gina
