(30-Septiembre-2026).-<\/strong><\/em> Siguiendo instrucciones del Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA, dio inicio este 29 de septiembre al Taller de Escritura Creativa \u00abLluvia de letras\u00bb, en el Museo Hist\u00f3rico Reynosa.<\/p>\n<p>El Taller es impulsado por la Directora del IRCA, Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix, y es dirigido a mujeres a partir de 15 a\u00f1os de edad con el objetivo de incentivar la producci\u00f3n literaria con herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para la elaboraci\u00f3n de textos propios encaminados a la libre
