Victoria, Tam (16-Septiembre-2026).-<\/strong> Durante este 15 y 16 de septiembre, el presidente del poder legislativo Humberto Prieto Herrera, junto a su esposa Ver\u00f3nica Garza de Prieto, celebr\u00f3 el aniversario 216 de las fiestas patrias del inicio de la independencia desde la capital tamaulipeca, acompa\u00f1ando al Gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya.<\/p>\n<p>En la noche del Grito de Independencia, el legislador junto a su esposa Ver\u00f3nica Garza de Prieto disfrutaron junto a miles de asistentes en la Plaza Ju\u00e1rez de una noche llena de orgullo e historia mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades patrias continuaron el 16 de septiembre, con la guardia de honor por el 216 aniversario del inicio de la independencia en el monumento de los H\u00e9roes de La Independencia, aunado a la participaci\u00f3n junto al mandatario tamaulipeco Villarreal Anaya, en el tradicional desfile c\u00edvico-militar.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera es como el presidente del poder legislativo Humberto Prieto Herrera, de la mano del poder ejecutivo y judicial, celebr\u00f3 tan importantes fechas para las y los mexicanos, quienes desde la capital tamaulipeca recordaron a quienes
