Gracias al apoyo del Gobierno que preside el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, el cortometraje \u00abConcordia Norte\u00bb, del cineasta reynosense Hugo Montelongo, asegur\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia, FICM, tras ser seleccionado para recibir un subsidio municipal desde el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA.<\/p>\n<p>El autor extern\u00f3 su agradecimiento a la primera autoridad municipal, al ser uno de los ganadores de los Est\u00edmulos Econ\u00f3micos para la Comunidad Art\u00edstica 2025 y reconoci\u00f3 que sin el est\u00edmulo econ\u00f3mico su producci\u00f3n no habr\u00eda sido posible, por lo que reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal 2024-2027 con el impulso a las distintas ramas del arte.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, manifest\u00f3 a la Directora del Instituto, Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix, su orgullo por representar a Reynosa en un escaparate cinematogr\u00e1fico de
