El Gobierno de Reynosa, que preside el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, puso en marcha las actividades del ciclo 2026-2027 del Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA, en sus sedes Longoria y Jarachina.<\/p>\n<p>Los alumnos se integraron a las disciplinas de Ballet Cl\u00e1sico, Danza Moderna, Ballet Folcl\u00f3rico, Teatro, Pintura y Escultura.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, a agrupaciones musicales clave como la Banda Sinf\u00f3nica, Rondalla, Coro, Conjunto Norte\u00f1o, Mariachi, Banda de Marcha, Piano, Guitarra y la Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica Infantil y Juvenil, abriendo una nueva etapa de aprendizaje y convivencia.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la primera autoridad municipal reafirma su compromiso de acercar las bellas artes a la infancia y juventud con espacios gratuitos donde
