Siguiendo las instrucciones del Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA, dio la bienvenida a los participantes del Taller de Verano \u00ab50 y M\u00e1s\u00bb, quienes del 24 al 28 de agosto tendr\u00e1n un acercamiento con las bellas artes.<\/p>\n<p>La inauguraci\u00f3n fue encabezada por la Directora del Instituto, Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix, quien present\u00f3 al cuerpo docente que estar\u00e1 al frente de los cursos, y agradeci\u00f3 a los asistentes el inter\u00e9s de desarrollar su talento art\u00edstico con disciplinas como m\u00fasica, danza, pintura y teatro.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la primera autoridad municipal refrenda el compromiso de su Gobierno de promover la expresi\u00f3n de este sector de la
