Durante la segunda entrega del programa municipal Mam\u00e1 Luchona, a m\u00e1s de 4 Mil 400 beneficiarias, el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, acompa\u00f1ado por la Senadora de la Rep\u00fablica Maki Esther Ortiz Dom\u00ednguez, elogi\u00f3 a las madres de la localidad: \u00absabemos que las mujeres de Reynosa son el pilar de nuestra sociedad y son las que nos van a ayudar a construir un mejor futuro\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En su discurso, junto al Secretario de Bienestar Social, Hugo Felipe Ch\u00e1vez Herrera, el Presidente Municipal asegur\u00f3 \u00abqueremos que todas las viudas, las solteras, las divorciadas, y hasta las casadas no se sientan solas, sabemos de su trabajo y compromiso con la siguiente generaci\u00f3n, sus hijos, nietos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En el encuentro con las f\u00e9minas reynosenses, la Senadora Maki Ortiz reconoci\u00f3: \u00abeste a\u00f1o este programa me impresiona porque va a beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 4 Mil 400 mujeres, mujeres como ustedes que est\u00e1n sacando adelante esas familias; ustedes son los pilares que hacen que Reynosa cada d\u00eda sea la ciudad m\u00e1s importante del estado\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Como invitados, formaron parte del pres\u00eddium, el Regidor Coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Social, H\u00e9ctor Alejandro Olivares Zavala y las se\u00f1oras Mar\u00eda Elena Saavedra Regalado y Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Delgado Hern\u00e1ndez,
