Cuentan con su Alcalde y con la Directora del IRCA porque buscamos que estas ense\u00f1anzas lleguen a todos los rincones de Reynosa\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el Alcalde al iniciar la entrega de Tarjetas de Becas Art\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>Este jueves 18 de junio, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes recibieron el apoyo del Programa de Becas M\u00e1s Grande en la Historia de Reynosa, en presencia de padres de familia y de la Directora del Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, Mar\u00eda Esther Camargo F\u00e9lix.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1aron al Presidente Municipal: Jos\u00e9 Hiram Rodr\u00edguez Lim\u00f3n, Secretario de Organizaci\u00f3n II de la Secci\u00f3n 30 del SNTE; Arnoldo Trevi\u00f1o Azuela, Coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n en el Cabildo; Hugo Felipe Ch\u00e1vez Herrera, Secretario de Bienestar Social, y los beneficiados: Jared Alejandro Melo Guti\u00e9rrez, y Miranda Jim\u00e9nez P\u00e9rez Sandoval.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSabemos que cuesta tiempo y esfuerzo, pero ese esfuerzo se ver\u00e1 cuando sus hijos florezcan\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz ante los padres de familia.<\/p>\n<p>#ReynosaImparable<br
