sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 707px) 100vw, 707px\" \/>Reynosa, Tamaulipas (16-Junio-2026).-<\/strong><\/em> La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Arturo \u201cR\u201d, Carlos Arath \u201cM\u201d, Kanetd Shurair \u201cN\u201d y Mario Alberto \u201cR\u201d, por el delito de Secuestro Agravado, luego de que un \u00d3rgano Jurisdiccional analizara los datos presentados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>El Representante Social, adscrito a la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro y la Extorsi\u00f3n (UECSE), demostr\u00f3 que los hechos que dieron origen a la acci\u00f3n penal ocurrieron el 25 de mayo de 2026, en este municipio, en los que los imputados presuntamente participaron en la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad de una v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>El Juez de Control determin\u00f3 imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, justificada por el tiempo que dure el proceso, as\u00ed como fijar un plazo de seis meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>Con acciones como esta, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas reafirma su compromiso de no dejar impunes los delitos que atentan contra la libertad, la vida y el patrimonio de las y los tamaulipecos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
