Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz encabez\u00f3 este d\u00eda la entrega de tarjetas de la Beca Rita Cetina para nivel primaria, acompa\u00f1ado por la Diputada Federal Claudia Hern\u00e1ndez S\u00e1enz, por el Secretario de Bienestar Social Municipal, Hugo Andrea Lira Mu\u00f1oz, servidora de la educaci\u00f3n y por Alexander Alan Bola\u00f1os Tinoco, Coordinador Regional de Becas para el Bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste programa es una promesa de campa\u00f1a de los Gobiernos de transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que buscamos es que tengamos m\u00e1s abogados, m\u00e1s ingenieros, m\u00e1s doctores, m\u00e1s maestros, m\u00e1s enfermeros, m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicos, y menos j\u00f3venes que caigan en manos de la delincuencia\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el Presidente Municipal<\/p>\n<p>En el evento se destac\u00f3 que gracias a mujeres como Rita Zetina Guti\u00e9rrez, hoy las mujeres pueden acceder a estudiar y lograr grandes posiciones, como la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo y que la Beca tiene como objetivo primordial que ning\u00fan ni\u00f1o, ni\u00f1a o joven se quede sin acceso al estudio.<\/p>\n<p>#ReynosaImparable<br
