Victoria, Tam (6-Mayo-2026).-<\/strong><\/em> Ante el Pleno legislativo, el Licenciado Francisco Javier Ruiz Reta rindi\u00f3 protesta como titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado, y el Licenciado Hern\u00e1n de la Garza Tamez como magistrado del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial del Poder Judicial del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>La protesta fue tomada por el Presidente de la Mesa Directiva, Diputado Sergio Arturo Ojeda Castillo, en apego a lo establecido en la normatividad vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Al rendir protesta, Hern\u00e1n de la Garza Tamez y Francisco Javier Ruiz Reta, se comprometieron a guardar y hacer guardar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Tamaulipas y las leyes que de ellas emanen, as\u00ed como desempe\u00f1ar su cargo con lealtad y en favor del pueblo tamaulipeco.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas designaciones, el Poder Legislativo fortalece las instituciones y refrenda su compromiso con la legalidad, la transparencia y la correcta funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-211622\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Protex-I.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Protex-I.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Protex-I-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
