En este espacio se abordaron \u00e1reas de oportunidad relacionadas con el desempe\u00f1o institucional, el fortalecimiento del servicio a la ciudadan\u00eda y la mejora de las condiciones laborales, planteando posibles soluciones para optimizar procesos.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de su agenda, la magistrada presidenta imparti\u00f3 una conferencia en la Universidad M\u00e9xico Americana del Norte, en el marco de un programa enfocado en la prevenci\u00f3n del delito.<\/p>\n<p>De manera complementaria, se realizaron reuniones con representantes del sector empresarial y trabajadores, en las que se intercambiaron puntos de vista sobre el papel de la justicia en el desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta gira de trabajo refleja la nueva visi\u00f3n del Poder Judicial: una instituci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cercana, que escucha a las personas y que se transforma desde el interior, poniendo al centro tanto a su personal como a la ciudadan\u00eda, y consolidando acciones
