El Director agradeci\u00f3 al Alcalde y al campe\u00f3n por llevar un mensaje de aliento y fortaleza a los internos.<\/p>\n<p>El Alcalde se\u00f1al\u00f3 que llevar este tipo de mensajes es parte del compromiso del Gobierno de Reynosa con la prevenci\u00f3n y la reinserci\u00f3n social; \u00abqueremos que cada persona en rehabilitaci\u00f3n sepa que no est\u00e1 sola y que hay esperanza. Ejemplos como el de Julio C\u00e9sar Ch\u00e1vez nos recuerdan que siempre se puede volver a empezar\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>#ReynosaImparable<br \/>\n#GobiernoMunicipalDeReynosa<\/p>\n<p><img
