frente de una comunidad que valora el arte y la cultura como s\u00edmbolos de paz e integraci\u00f3n social, el Presidente Municipal Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz dio el banderazo para el inicio de la construcci\u00f3n de una techumbre met\u00e1lica de 273 metros cuadrados que beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 19 Mil personas desde el Programa de Obra P\u00fablica M\u00e1s Grande en la Historia de Reynosa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPara nosotros es muy importante trabajar en el aspecto cultural y art\u00edstico de una sociedad porque una sociedad vanguardista es aquella que alimenta el alma de todos los individuos y tenemos que hacerlo desde una etapa muy temprana\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el Alcalde, acompa\u00f1ado por la Directora General del Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA.<\/p>\n<p>La obra se construye en Plaza IRCA Jarachina y en este memorable inicio participaci\u00f3n alumnos y maestros del Instituto, vecinos que se benefician con un espacio p\u00fablico para su esparcimiento, as\u00ed como; Eduardo L\u00f3pez Arias, Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas; Hugo Felipe Ch\u00e1vez Herrera, Secretario de Bienestar Social Municipal; Gabriela Rosas Blanco, Directora del DIF Reynosa; ni\u00f1o Iker Emanuel Garc\u00eda L\u00f3pez, representante de los alumnos del IRCA Jarachina; y la Regidora Juana Alicia S\u00e1nchez Jim\u00e9nez, entre otros
