(3-Abril-2026).-<\/strong><\/em> En el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n de la Semana Santa, un total de 250 Personas Privadas de la Libertad (PPLs) del Centro de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Sanciones (CEDES) Victoria participaron en actividades religiosas organizadas al interior del inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>Las acciones se realizaron en cumplimiento a la libertad de creencias, garantizando el acceso a pr\u00e1cticas religiosas como parte de los derechos de los PPLs.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia principal consisti\u00f3 en la celebraci\u00f3n de la Eucarist\u00eda, presidida por el obispo de la Di\u00f3cesis de Ciudad Victoria, \u00d3scar Efra\u00edn Tamez Villarreal, quien encabez\u00f3 los actos lit\u00fargicos tradicionales de estas fechas.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada se llev\u00f3 a cabo el ritual del lavado de pies, considerado un s\u00edmbolo de humildad y servicio, as\u00ed como la bendici\u00f3n del pan, elementos representativos de la tradici\u00f3n cristiana en Semana Santa.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades se desarrollaron en un ambiente de respeto, orden y sana convivencia, con la participaci\u00f3n voluntaria de los PPLs.<\/p>\n<p>El evento cont\u00f3 con la supervisi\u00f3n del personal de seguridad y custodia, as\u00ed como del \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica, con el objetivo de garantizar el orden institucional y el respeto a los derechos humanos de los
