Santiva\u00f1ez Arias, representante local del Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n; Yazm\u00edn Rivas V\u00e1zquez, encargada del Programa Paisano, y C\u00e9sar Nacianceno L\u00f3pez, Director Regional de Operaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsperemos que nuestros amigos paisanos se queden un d\u00eda aqu\u00ed en Reynosa para que puedan disfrutar de nuestra querida ciudad y lleguen bien todos sus seres queridos\u00bb, declar\u00f3 el Alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>El banderazo de arranque se dio en las instalaciones de la Aduana de Reynosa con la
