(18-Marzo-2026).-<\/strong><\/em> Con el objetivo de promover entornos educativos equitativos y accesibles, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el taller \u201cEstrategias para ni\u00f1os con necesidades especiales (enfoque en inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad)\u201d, dirigido a fortalecer el desarrollo integral de la ni\u00f1ez y sentar bases s\u00f3lidas para su futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta actividad, se abordaron herramientas orientadas a la implementaci\u00f3n de adaptaciones curriculares, metodol\u00f3gicas y ambientales que permitan a ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os con necesidades educativas especiales alcanzar su m\u00e1ximo potencial, fomentando adem\u00e1s habilidades clave como la autonom\u00eda, la socializaci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones se realizan bajo la direcci\u00f3n, las instrucciones y con el apoyo del secretario del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, Luis Gerardo Illoldi Reyes, quien ha impulsado una pol\u00edtica de inclusi\u00f3n laboral que inicia desde la formaci\u00f3n temprana, contribuyendo a romper barreras y generar igualdad de oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p>El taller tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de sensibilizar a las nuevas generaciones sobre la diversidad, formando desde la infancia a futuros profesionistas, empleadores y l\u00edderes con una visi\u00f3n incluyente.<\/p>\n<p>Iloldi Reyes dijo que con este tipo de iniciativas, el Gobierno de Tamaulipas reafirma su compromiso con un modelo de desarrollo basado en la equidad, enmarcado en el gobierno humanista y de la transformaci\u00f3n que encabeza Am\u00e9rico
