Sistema DIF-Reynosa que preside Carlos Luis Pe\u00f1a Garza, llev\u00f3 a cabo el Concurso de Escoltas Inter-CAIC 2026, donde 86 ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os de educaci\u00f3n preescolar participaron demostrando disciplina, coordinaci\u00f3n y respeto por los s\u00edmbolos patrios.<\/p>\n<p>El primer lugar fue para el CAIC Campanario, el segundo lugar para el CAIC Riveras del Carmen y el tercer lugar para el CAIC Almendros, cada escolta participante mostr\u00f3 gallard\u00eda, orden y trabajo en equipo, cualidades que reflejan la formaci\u00f3n en valores que se promueve desde la ni\u00f1ez en los Centros de Asistencia Infantil Comunitarios.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidenta del Voluntariado DIF Municipal, Alejandra Yelitza Garza y la Directora General, Gabriela Rosas Blanco, agradecieron el respaldo del Presidente Municipal, Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, as\u00ed como el compromiso del presidente del Patronato del Sistema DIF Reynosa, Carlos Luis Pe\u00f1a Garza, por impulsar acciones que
