Presidente Municipal Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz particip\u00f3 este d\u00eda, martes 24 de febrero, en la Ceremonia C\u00edvica del D\u00eda de la Bandera de M\u00e9xico 2026, acompa\u00f1ado por el Teniente Coronel Francisco Javier Delgado Gil, Segundo Comandante del 19\u00b0 Regimiento de Caballer\u00eda Motorizado de la Octava Zona Militar y el Diputado Local Juan Carlos Zertuche Romero, en la escuela primaria Escudo Nacional, que dirige el Profesor Rodolfo Herrera V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHoy conmemoramos esta bandera tricolor, sus colores representan el sacrificio, la libertad, y la sangre derramada para poder llegar a este momento de la historia de M\u00e9xico, es la bandera que nos dio una senda que nos va a ver morir tambi\u00e9n\u00bb, dijo el Alcalde en su discurso.<\/p>\n<p>Una pieza de oratoria fue interpretada por la alumna Odette Guadalupe Ferretis Loredo, en presencia de: Coronel Humberto Oca\u00f1a Velasco, Comandante del 12vo Batall\u00f3n de la Guardia Nacional; Carlos Daniel Quintero Mart\u00ednez, Representante de la Guardia Estatal en Reynosa; Jos\u00e9 Hiram Rodr\u00edguez Lim\u00f3n, Secretario de Organizaci\u00f3n II de la Secci\u00f3n 30 del SNTE; Arnoldo Trevi\u00f1o Azuela, Regidor Coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n en el Cabildo; Carlos Luis Pe\u00f1a Garza, Presidente del Patronato del Sistema DIF-Reynosa; Antonio Joaqu\u00edn de Le\u00f3n Villareal, Secretario del Ayuntamiento; H\u00e9ctor Alejandro Olivares Zavala, Secretario de Bienestar Social; miembros del Cabildo, funcionarios municipales,
