Entre los invitados de organizaciones sindicales: Juan Salvador Portillo Mart\u00ednez, Bernardo Maldonado Gonz\u00e1lez, Gloria Clotilde Santos Santes, Jorge Barajas Yebra, Norma Delia Gonz\u00e1lez Salinas. Por los organismos empresariales participaron: Roberto Aviles Arizpe, Heberardo Gonz\u00e1lez Garza, Jos\u00e9 In\u00e9s Serna Salinas, Alfredo Guajardo Jim\u00e9nez y Gilda Ibarra Hern\u00e1ndez,
