carretero ocurrido la ma\u00f1ana de este domingo cobr\u00f3 la vida de Guillermo Mansur Arzola, director general del Instituto Tamaulipeco de Becas, Est\u00edmulos y Cr\u00e9ditos Educativos (ITABEC), adem\u00e1s de otras dos personas cuya identidad no ha sido a\u00fan confirmada por las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los primeros reportes, en el percance tambi\u00e9n result\u00f3 lesionada una persona, quien fue trasladada para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho se registr\u00f3 en el libramiento del poblado Francisco Villa, en el tramo de la carretera federal que comunica a San Fernando con Matamoros.<\/p>\n<p>La confirmaci\u00f3n del fallecimiento del funcionario fue realizada por fuentes cercanas, lo que provoc\u00f3 reacciones inmediatas entre integrantes del sector educativo, as\u00ed como en distintos \u00e1mbitos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento, no se han dado a conocer mayores detalles sobre las
