(26-Noviembre-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social llev\u00f3 a cabo la capacitaci\u00f3n \u201cNOM-017-STPS-2024, Equipo de protecci\u00f3n personal-Selecci\u00f3n, uso y manejo en los centros de trabajo\u201d, dirigida a personal del giro de lavander\u00edas industriales, con el prop\u00f3sito de reforzar conocimientos sobre prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos y promover entornos laborales m\u00e1s seguros.<\/p>\n<p>El titular de la STPS, Luis Gerardo Illoldi Reyes, destac\u00f3 la importancia de que las empresas cuenten con herramientas t\u00e9cnicas actualizadas que les permitan identificar riesgos, seleccionar el Equipo de Protecci\u00f3n Personal (EPP) adecuado conforme a la normatividad vigente y garantizar condiciones que protejan la salud de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el desarrollo del programa, la directora general de Inspecci\u00f3n y Previsi\u00f3n Social, Consuelo Nallely Lara Monroy, resalt\u00f3 que el cumplimiento de la NOM-017-STPS-2024 es fundamental para prevenir accidentes laborales, fomentar buenas pr\u00e1cticas en el manejo y conservaci\u00f3n del EPP, y fortalecer la cultura de seguridad en todos los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n, impartida por Karol Garc\u00eda Gamez, proporcion\u00f3 conocimientos esenciales sobre la selecci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n, uso, mantenimiento y disposici\u00f3n final del EPP, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos por la STPS.<\/p>\n<p>Lara Monroy se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con estas acciones, la secretar\u00eda reafirma su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n de la fuerza laboral tamaulipeca y con el impulso de entornos laborales seguros, productivos y alineados a la normativa en
