(10-Noviembre-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> Con el prop\u00f3sito de promover una vida sana y fortalecer los buenos h\u00e1bitos alimenticios desde la infancia, el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) Nuevo Laredo llev\u00f3 a cabo un Circuito de Actividades para la Vida Saludable en la Escuela Primaria Cecilio Jes\u00fas Castillo, ubicada en la colonia El Campanario.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">M\u00e1s de 400 alumnas y alumnos participaron activamente en din\u00e1micas como el plato del buen comer, la loter\u00eda de la alimentaci\u00f3n, coloreado de alimentos saludables y ejercicios de activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, entre otras actividades dise\u00f1adas para ense\u00f1ar de forma divertida la importancia de cuidar su salud.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El director general del Sistema DIF, Viviano V\u00e1zquez Mac\u00edas, destac\u00f3 que una buena alimentaci\u00f3n es clave para el desarrollo integral de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cDesde el DIF impulsamos acciones que fortalecen la salud y el bienestar de nuestra ni\u00f1ez.Queremos que crezcan fuertes, felices y con las herramientas necesarias para tener un futuro lleno de oportunidades.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Estas acciones refuerzan el compromiso del Gobierno Municipal y del Sistema DIF Nuevo Laredo con el bienestar integral de la ni\u00f1ez, fomentando una
