(1-Noviembre-2025).-<\/strong> El Centro de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Sanciones (CEDES) Victoria llev\u00f3 a cabo una ceremonia de reconocimiento para el custodio Artemio Rivera Cadengo, quien concluy\u00f3 su servicio activo tras 34 a\u00f1os de labor ininterrumpida dentro de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Tamaulipas (SSPT).<\/p>\n<p>Rivera Cadengo inici\u00f3 su carrera en septiembre de 1991 en el Centro Tutelar para Menores Infractores del municipio de G\u00fc\u00e9mez, y a partir de 1994 se integr\u00f3 al CEDES Victoria, donde desempe\u00f1\u00f3 distintos cargos operativos en el \u00e1rea de Vigilancia, Custodia y Seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>El evento fue encabezado por el director de Seguridad Penitenciaria y Polic\u00eda Procesal; el director del Centro de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Sanciones y el encargado del despacho de la Jefatura del Departamento de Seguridad y Custodia, quienes reconocieron la trayectoria de Rivera Cadengo como un ejemplo de disciplina, compromiso y lealtad institucional.<\/p>\n<p>A la ceremonia asistieron m\u00e1s de 60 elementos penitenciarios, as\u00ed como la esposa e hijos del homenajeado, quienes acompa\u00f1aron el momento en que el custodio desmont\u00f3 su \u00faltima guardia, s\u00edmbolo de cierre de su servicio activo.<\/p>\n<p>La SSPT destac\u00f3 que la labor de Rivera Cadengo representa el esp\u00edritu de servicio que caracteriza al personal penitenciario del estado, al haber dedicado m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas a proteger la integridad de las Personas Privadas de la Libertad (PPLs) y mantener la seguridad dentro del
