Rosendo Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez, fundador del prestigioso Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLo que nosotros conocemos como el IIES es gracias a lo que usted form\u00f3 con much\u00edsimos a\u00f1os de trabajo ese mismo compromiso, dedicaci\u00f3n, y esfuerzo que vemos cada a\u00f1o superando metas, mejorando la escuela, innovando es algo en lo que nosotros siempre lo vamos a llevar en cuenta porque sabemos del gran trabajo que ha hecho\u00bb, declar\u00f3 el Alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>Como Presidente del Consejo, CCIES, el Doctor Oscar W. Aguilera, dio la bienvenida y apertura de la Sesi\u00f3n y junto al Alcalde y los Rectores, Directores y administrativos de Colegios y Universidades entreg\u00f3 el reconocimiento al gran visionario, impulsor de la educaci\u00f3n en Reynosa, Mtro.
