el compromiso de impulsar un deporte responsable y en condiciones m\u00e1s seguras, el alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz respald\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n del Curso de Nutrici\u00f3n y Prevenci\u00f3n de Lesiones en el Deporte, dirigido a atletas y entrenadores de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n fue impartida por especialistas del Instituto Municipal del Deporte, a trav\u00e9s de su nutri\u00f3loga y fisioterapeuta, quienes compartieron herramientas y conocimientos para mejorar el rendimiento deportivo, prevenir lesiones y fomentar h\u00e1bitos saludables entre los participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, el Gobierno de Reynosa refuerza su apoyo al desarrollo integral de los deportistas, brind\u00e1ndoles recursos que fortalecen su preparaci\u00f3n
