Creemos firmemente que el acceso a Internet es un derecho humano esencial y estamos trabajando para que se reconozca como tal en la constituci\u00f3n, garantizando que todos los mexicanos puedan acceder a esta herramienta vital\u00bb, declar\u00f3 el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz ante beneficiados del programa social del R. Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente Municipal considera que el Internet es clave para el desarrollo personal y comunitario, ya que brinda acceso a informaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n y oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn el municipio de Reynosa, estamos comprometidos con cerrar la brecha digital y asegurarnos de que todas las familias tengan acceso a Internet en sus hogares.
