Maki Esther Ortiz Dom\u00ednguez; Colegio Tamaulipas, Escuela Primaria Pedro J. M\u00e9ndez; CBTA 275; CBTIS 7; COBAT 17, e Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Reynosa, entre otras instituciones de nivel educativo inicial, b\u00e1sico, medio superior y superior, a su paso por las gradas y templete frente a la Presidencia, saludaron a los asistentes; formando parte del Presidium, funcionarios municipales, miembros del Cabildo e invitados
