(31-Agosto-2025).-<\/em><\/strong> Por su ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, seguridad, conectividad, potencial de desarrollo y servicios, inversionistas y empresarios est\u00e1n apostando por Tamaulipas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Benjam\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez, secretario de Turismo del estado.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que, para continuar impulsando el desarrollo tur\u00edstico de Tamaulipas y de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como posicionarse en el quinto lugar del ranking mundial, se present\u00f3 el proyecto de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y tur\u00edstico \u201cMiramar Punta Sur\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario estatal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este nuevo desarrollo empresarial se planea realizar en la zona sur, espec\u00edficamente en Tampico-Madero, y cuenta con una ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica dentro de la llamada escalera n\u00e1utica del Golfo de M\u00e9xico, con destinos cercanos como Nueva Orleans, Port Arthur, Houston, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, Veracruz, Coatzacoalcos, Puerto Progreso y Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto contempla diversas etapas e instalaciones, como un acuario, un centro de investigaci\u00f3n y ciencia marina, un complejo hotelero, un centro comercial con tiendas y restaurantes, un parque acu\u00e1tico, as\u00ed como otras infraestructuras de primer nivel, entre ellas un muelle para cruceros y un hospital tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMiramar Punta Sur\u201d tambi\u00e9n destaca por el impacto que tendr\u00e1 en la generaci\u00f3n de empleo, tanto temporal, durante la etapa de construcci\u00f3n, como
