(25-Agosto-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> Con el objetivo de fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n laboral en la entidad, se realiz\u00f3 en la zona sur de Tamaulipas el evento \u201cEmpleot\u00f3n 2025\u201d, espacio dirigido a personas con discapacidad para facilitar su acceso a empleos dignos, formales y estables.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada fue organizada en coordinaci\u00f3n con el CRIT Tamaulipas, el Servicio Nacional de Empleo (SNE) y la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS), logrando la participaci\u00f3n de 25 empresas de manera presencial y una en modalidad virtual, todas comprometidas en promover una verdadera cultura de inclusi\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>El evento fue encabezado por la subsecretaria de Empleo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, Carolina Iveth Mart\u00ednez Molano, quien destac\u00f3 los esfuerzos institucionales encaminados a generar oportunidades laborales que respondan a las capacidades y talentos de cada persona.<\/p>\n<p>Expres\u00f3 que este tipo de acciones se enmarcan en la pol\u00edtica laboral impulsada por el secretario del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, Luis Gerardo Illoldi Reyes, orientada a garantizar condiciones justas en el mercado laboral y a fortalecer la vinculaci\u00f3n entre buscadores de empleo y empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que el Gobierno de Tamaulipas, que dirige Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, refrenda su compromiso con el humanismo y la transformaci\u00f3n, trabajando para construir un estado m\u00e1s inclusivo, equitativo y con mayores oportunidades para todas y todos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
