impulsado con el respaldo del Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, en las instalaciones del Centro de Alto Rendimiento del Polideportivo, reafirmando el compromiso del Gobierno Municipal con la promoci\u00f3n de la salud y el deporte.<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Municipal del Deporte organiz\u00f3 un programa integral de activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica que incluy\u00f3 el trote de 3 kil\u00f3metros, adem\u00e1s de din\u00e1micas clases de Power Cardio y Core Strong, actividades dise\u00f1adas para fortalecer la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se ofreci\u00f3 una conferencia nutricional, orientada a fomentar h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable que complementan la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva.<\/p>\n<p>#ReynosaImparable<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
