(22-Agosto-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> Con el objetivo de fomentar h\u00e1bitos de autocuidado y garantizar una vida universitaria m\u00e1s saludable, la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Victoria (UPV) lleva a cabo Jornadas de Salud Preventiva, organizadas por la Unidad de Salud Estudiantil de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estela Torres Ram\u00edrez, secretaria Acad\u00e9mica de la universidad, inform\u00f3 que en la m\u00e1s reciente jornada, efectuada bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Unidad de Salud en colaboraci\u00f3n con personal del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), se atendi\u00f3 a alrededor de 300 estudiantes, adem\u00e1s de docentes y personal administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que durante las jornadas se brindaron servicios como vacunaci\u00f3n contra t\u00e9tanos y hepatitis B, toma de glucosa, medici\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n arterial, control de peso y talla, orientaci\u00f3n sobre m\u00e9todos anticonceptivos, salud mental, salud bucal, nutrici\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que tambi\u00e9n se entregaron cartillas de vacunaci\u00f3n, se otorg\u00f3 material informativo y se apoy\u00f3 a las alumnas y alumnos que as\u00ed lo solicitaron con diversos tr\u00e1mites administrativos ante el IMSS.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que estas acciones demuestran el compromiso de la instituci\u00f3n con la formaci\u00f3n integral de sus estudiantes, en concordancia con la visi\u00f3n de una educaci\u00f3n de calidad con enfoque humanista, donde la salud y el bienestar juegan un papel esencial en el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico y personal de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas actividades, la UPV refrenda su misi\u00f3n de fortalecer la cultura del autocuidado y contribuir al bienestar de la comunidad estudiantil, aline\u00e1ndose con el proyecto educativo transformador que impulsa el gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, y que administra el secretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Miguel \u00c1ngel
